Different countries, different careers, different experiences. Somehow, those roads brought us to Ibiza and eventually to the same table.
We don't always see things the same way. We ask different questions, notice different things and occasionally argue about the answer. We like that.
What we share is a genuine curiosity about people, businesses and why things work the way they do. The rest, we bring from wherever we've been.

We find what matters and prioritise it. Not everything needs fixing at once.

We say what we see. We do not manufacture a problem to sell a solution.

We follow the evidence, connect the pieces and make the reasoning understandable.
Commercial purpose
The work has to matter to the business. Activity is not the same as value.
